Christmas Delivery Information

The last day for guaranteed delivery for UK orders is 18th December.
The last day for guaranteed delivery for Republic of Ireland orders is 16th December.
After the 18th December and until the New Year, we cannot guarantee delivery within 48 hours.

Any order placed between 2pm on 23rd December and Sunday, 28th December will not be dispatched until Monday, 29th December due to our warehouse closing for the Christmas period. Normal 1-2 day guaranteed delivery will be resumed from Monday, 5th January 2026. We will not be charging any delivery fee for shipping your orders during this period, so please make sure you select the free delivery option in the checkout.

Normal Service Outside the Christmas period

We offer FREE delivery to anywhere in the UK on orders over £60. To ensure your products arrive promptly after placing your order, remember to complete the Skin Health Questionnaire. Once that is completed and approved, we will send your order via a tracked courier service (DPD or DHL Express). So someone will need to sign for them or you need to designate a safe place for them to be left. Once your parcel has been dispatched we will email you with a tracking number so that you can check its status.

We aim to deliver your products within 48 hours of your Skin health Questionnaire being approved, if you’re in the UK. However, please note our warehouse is not open Sat-Sun so orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Shipping on orders under £60 to UK cost £3.95.

Channel Islands & Isle of Man: £9.95

Republic of Ireland - £9.95

Please note, as per our Terms and Conditions, you will be responsible for the payment of any import duties and taxes imposed on your order. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please note that your order will be cancelled and refunded if we have not received your completed Skin Health Questionnaire within 8 days of you placing your order.
