      1. Apply Vita-Peptide Eye Gel to the whole eye area and follow with your recommended Environ regime.
      2. Use morning and evening.
      3. Pre-cleanse, cleanse and tone your skin with your preferred Environ® products.
      4. After pre-cleansing, cleansing and toning, apply Vita-Antioxidant AVST Moisturiser
      5. Massage into the face and neck, morning and evening.
      6. Apply the contents of one Hydrating Oil capsule to your face and neck on top of your recommended Environ® vitamin A moisturiser.
